Procedure for Customized Service

1. Describing requirements:
   The customer describes requirements on the customized service through telephone or e-mail, and the customer service records the requirements and transfers the requirements to the manufacture section.
2. Confirming requirements:
   The customer service confirms the make-on-demand requirements with the customer within 24 hours and conducts brief communication with the customer on the design and manufacture of the works.
3. Delivering quotation:
   After the requirements are clarified, we will deliver a quotation plan to the customer, including the prices, packaging, date for delivery, transportation, and means of payment for the works.
4. Confirming plan:
   If the customer has other concerns, the two parties make further discussion on the quotation plan and reach a final plan.
5. Signing a contract and prepaying:
   The two parties sign a manufacturing contract according to the final plan, and the customer prepay 30% for the manufacture of works.
